Im going to start out with the highest number. That way everyday I make a journal entry it is smaller number. It's going to be the little things that make or break me.
Starting Monday, December 8 2008 I am going to create one meal for myself.
3.5 cups of rice
1lbs of lean ground beef
4tablespoons of sesame oil
8 egg whites
4 whole eggs
vegetables
soy sauce
add 2 protein shakes and this is the exact same menu I will have for 70 days.
Think I can do it?

So, are you going to eat all that as one meal or what?
Why not design 3 or 4 daily meal plan and alternate between them? It's a lot more pleasant which makes it easier to do (why set yourself up for failure?), and there's less chance of the scurvy.
Also what about pre-workout and post-workout?
I figure it's a good way to gauge my mental discipline. When I was younger (18-20) I could do anything for 70 days and it wouldn't even phase me. But, I may be getting weaker so i have to check.
