It's almost 1 in the afternoon. I just got done walking for an hour and now Im finishing off large bowl #2. The meal makes me feel good and what bodybuilders call "pumped" so I know the food has got to be really nutrient dense.
Yesterday I didn't eat nearly enough. I got stranded with the wife in kid at my parents house after a nasty snow storm. Fortunately I bring a 5lbs drum of protein with me where ever I go so I had a shake last night and a shake this morning. When I got home I found all my diet green tea had thawed out and is now drinkable again! This is a huge bonus.
Day 2 isn't bad and the food is still tasty.
Weighed in at 208 after my cardio.
Let's go hit a PR clean and jerk!
