I had National Guard drill this weekend. Whoops...two slip ups. Sunday Morning I had a small vegetable, ham and egg omelet and Saturday for lunch I had white rice, carrots and a chicken breast.
I am 10% done and down 5lbs in 1 week! I'm cutting back on the rice, adding some oils and looking to drive on with this progress. After this 5lbs hit I need to lose 2.5lbs a week to be on track of being 180 by week 10. I will even take 185. As long as I can be in a reasonable state to make the cut to 175 by May for circle city in Indianapolis
