Woke up today and had a protein shake and two cups of coffee. About an hour later I weighed in at 209. What?
After I eat I get VERY hyper and have a real bad case of the ADHD. I also start feeling like I want to throw up. It really feels like this food is giving me to much energy.
I think I am going to cut back on the rice and add a little olive oil.
Hit a front squat of 370 today. Wouldn't it be awesome if I could hit 400 WHILE dieting?
